Cliff Walker & Success Partners International Ltd guarantees you will receive a high-quality course that is designed to help you build a long-term, sustainable business. If you find yourself dissatisfied with our course, you may initiate a request for a full refund.
No more than 15 days may pass between the date of purchase and the refund request.

All refund requests must be made to support@cliffwalker.com and must include an explanation of the reason for the return. If you have not yet accessed a course and desire a refund, the following refund policy applies:

REFUND POLICY:
Success Partners International Ltd will provide a full refund for your course if you decide not to take the course for any reason. Refunds are returned on the same day they are requested or in 48 business hours. Online courses are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of purchase providing that the course has not been started and no materials have been downloaded. Our refund policy adheres to all applicable state, federal, and accrediting agency requirements.

VIP Experience CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on The VIP Experience as it includes a comprehensive coaching service. We are dedicated to coaching you to your highest level of success, using the Integrated Business Framework for Network Marketing. A significant factor in achieving any level of success is the requirement of a commitment from you that you are fully invested in your coaching package. When refunds are an option, you can have “one foot in” the coaching process, and “one foot out” the door. It is to YOUR benefit to decide BEFORE purchasing your package and committing to work with a professional coach that the VIP Experience is the right solution for you. If you’re in, you need to be 100% in, just as we (and your coach) will be for you. Should you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do so by providing 48 hours' notice in advance of your session and making up the session within a week of the originally scheduled date. Sessions not canceled 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for make-ups. It is important that you prioritize this work to receive the full benefit of your coaching package.
